Asking for a “friend” – Do dating apps work here in ND?

I’m just asking this question “for a friend of mine” of course

I’ve heard many times before, in a conversation at work or somewhere here in Bismark/Mandan, about a very happy “about to be married” person who met their significant other on a dating app. I never really wanted the same check and see how these apps work, however, a friend of mine was and still is.

Just out of curiosity, I looked into this topic further about a week ago.

There’s a really nice young lady at work, and just recently we were at a promotional event for a client of our radio station. During the two hours we were there, she told me she had met her fiancé on a dating app called Tinder. I told him casually that I had afnothing from mine who was talking about just that. Our, OR should I say his The first question I was asked was “Don’t you think 99% of profiles and photos aren’t real?” (meaning people just kinda fabricate with what they really look like ). Executed this by my colleague she told me to make sure to tell my friend she was quite lucky (obviously) with her Tinder experience, although she saw many profiles and photos that looked suspicious (fake).

There are many dating apps

I think the best advice I can offer my friend is probably to try more than one, and maybe you’ll find an app that best suits your personality. My friend also has two cats, so if you see a profile cover photo of a cat, that’s NOT ME, that’s my friend Okay?
