DOVER-FOXCROFT – The Center Theater has announced that auditions for Kris Kringle the Musical will take place on Saturday September 17 and Sunday September 18 at the Theatre. Auditions will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. No prior preparation or experience is required. Adult actors of all ages are invited to audition as well as kids from fourth grade through high school. This two-act holiday musical will be played from December 9 to 17.

Patrick Myers, Executive Director of the Center Theatre, said it would be a new holiday show for the theatre: “It’s a charming and entertaining story that reveals the untold story of a young Kris Kringle. Over the course of the play, we find out what happens when an evil CEO of a toy company crosses paths with a young Kris Kringle who unknowingly carries a curse with the power to destroy Christmas.

The play will be directed by Derrick Buschmann and vocal direction will be provided by Deb Fournier.
