Don’t Pass The Peppa Sauce (DPTPS) is a The Caribbean Sketch Comedy team is driven by creating and promoting an environment of inclusion and opportunity for Caribbean creatives. The Caribbean Bible will shine a light on Bible stories we all know and add modern, hysterical twists you won’t want to miss!
DPTPS sold all four sketches of the comedy sketch group performances at The Tank during the group’s first year of conception. Many members of the comedy team have even enjoyed great success landing shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other indie projects.
However, with the pandemic and the shutdown of Broadway for roughly two years, many of the group have faced challenges with the loss of family members, health and safety issues, as well as focusing on maintaining positive mental health. Throughout the lockdown, founder and producer Jordana Persad kept her spirits up and knew this was a temporary setback. With faith in God and his team, Persad firmly believes that DPTPS will only win and be more successful now that New York and Broadway have reopened.
DPTPS is currently set to return to The Tank in December 11, 2021, almost two years after their full Caribbean themed show in New York in 2020. The show starts at 10 p.m.
