Of her potential US move, Gracie added, “I really see if this is somewhere I want to be, I visit as many states as I can and to see where I would like to be based – or if it is. a deal where I come three or six months in a row and go home in between. I’m looking at everything right now and see what the best possible opportunity is for me.

Gracie, 26, said she would “definitely” check out NASCAR options and was excited about the multiple classes she could potentially run in the future.

“I have never seen a NASCAR car in person, so I hope to do so this weekend at the NASCAR experience [at Las Vegas Motor Speedway]Said Gracie. “It’s exciting to be in a whole new world, to see how they handle things here, how it’s viewed in the public eye here versus back home.

“Motorsport is important in America compared to Australia, obviously there are a lot more people here. After doing some research I think there are a lot more options here, a lot more categories and things that people are passionate about, which is exciting.

“Coming here is finding something new that excites me, and seeing the whole new world of racing, seeing what is beyond me, maybe seeing something that I didn’t even know existed! The point is to get involved in one way or another, but it has to be right in my heart.

“Whether I’m doing it myself or getting another woman on board, I just want to have fun with it – it’s the most important thing to me. “
